Do you agree with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttiege that highways should be viewed through a "racial" lens?

I didn't see Buttigieg's comments but it's well known among urban planners and historians of American cities that, at least in urban areas, there's a heavy racial aspect to highways.  They were often created by demolishing mostly minority neighborhoods, thus destroying them and displacing the residents.  This happened in city after city. 

1. Buttlick is as dumb as Biden.

2. Buttlick knows Nothing about "trans"portation.

3. Buttlick is just pushing the marxists democrat line.
