From what I understand, if he has any of the stones or some form of cosmic power then Thanos wins, but if he doesn't then it's more of a fair fight in terms of strength but Thanos has an edge in ability to out think his opponent. But remember that Hulk gets stronger the angrier he gets, so if the fight went on too long Thanos may never be able to win without using some kind of weapon or other trickery.
