Is there a  political Caucus in the  Judiciary  ?

    Judges may or may not debate amongst themself in chambers just like they may or may not explain why they voted a particular way. Judges are not supposed to be politically charged but frequently go up the ladder f/ political association.

    No, there is no such thing. They do have Hispanic and Black caucuses.

    In a  Democracy headed by a  Dynasty , there will always be a  highly corrupted and criminalized section  which serves the  pecuniary interests of  the dynasty , from whom this  Caucus a.k.a.  Staff Association, Bar Association   exists  , against the interests of the public. As already pointed out by various Chief Justice s , more than 80 % of the Judiciary in India is corrupted. Cases are delayed  , case files vanish into thin air , in the High Court of Kerala !! The C.J.I. of the Supreme Court is non-plussed !!
