Why are Republicans against taxpayer funding of breast implants for all transgender women?

Real women don't get taxpayer-funded boob jobs. Why should fake women get them?

For many of us, most of us in days gone by, we improved our own lives by our own efforts. It was a stronger nation back then. 

The same dinks will be needing dink-replacement surgery in a few years.

We can only hope those breast implants can be disinfected and reused.
