Loan with high rate of interest tend to be usurpers , in my religion , GOD then close this evil end and turn it to be prohibited , so that people would help each others out of financial difficulties, to promote brotherhood and friendship , while high interest rate originate enmity among mankind, as we see. That is why.

The Bible does not prohibit you from doing interest loans it tells you that you should not do it because you will find yourself a slave to the person that's making the loan.

I don't need a religion to understand that loans make the poor poorer, while making the rich get richer without them working for it

No, but they should be used only as a last resort, e.g., to get an education, to buy a car, or to buy a house.

It would be wrong for anyone to make a loan that would interfere with his obligation to provide life’s necessities for his family. Mr 7:11-13
Also, the attitude and circumstances of the prospective borrower enter the picture.
Is he in need because of his being irresponsible, lazy, and unwilling to accept work although jobs he is able to perform are available?
If so, the words of the apostle Paul apply: “If anyone does not want to work, neither let him eat.” 2Th 3:10
Jesus Christ, upheld God’s law and gave it an even broader application, saying: “Continue to lend without interest, not hoping for anything back.” Lu 6:34, 35
It would therefore be improper to withhold assistance from a person who because of continued adversity and through no fault of his own might be unable to repay a debt.
But when the loan is not needed to relieve poverty, there would be no objection to a person’s charging interest on a loan.

My religion discourages causing harm unless it's for the greater good. Interpretation is left up to the individual.
