Why is man spreading so looked down upon?

No rude comments

Update:

I wasn't really thinking about space, considering we should be sitting next to people so close during these days, but would it still be wrong if you were in a singular chair?

Update 2:

shouldn't*

Where in the hell do you think the man berries go?

Because it's considered rude, suggestive, undignified, vulgar and slovenly.

You need it explained to you why obstructing the aisles, obstructing the seats, is looked down on? Really?

I loved the video of the women's basket ball team (large strong women) going through the train with elbows akimbo, telling men who complained "I don't like my boobs touching my arms -- you got a problem with that?"

Guys, nobody is asking you to squeeze your thighs together as tightly as possible. Just to keep them in the forward orientation rather than assuming an obstetric exam position. It's a scrotum, not a watermelon.

Taking up space in a dominant way

Is this when a man has his legs wide open potentially taking up more than one seat on the metro? If people need a seat then it is considered to be rude and selfish. That's all I know on this one

I don’t think it is unless you’re unnecessarily crowding out another person. How can any man sit with their legs together, smh.

50% because it takes up extra space. 50% because females feel we shouldn't be allowed to do it if they can't spread their legs like that too but while wearing a skirt or dress or else people will accuse her of showing her grand canyon. They also don't understand why we do it because they don't have testicles that can feel squished like we do.
