How long did it take to get your medical marijuana card after submitting your doctor note to state.?

    Source(s): Controlled Substances Act prohibits possession of any amount of any form of THC anywhere in the USA for any purpose not specifically licensed by the DEA for research. It's a federal crime to have THC metabolites in your body after ingesting THC.

    NEVER going to get one.    If you get one it is registered and there is a record.    Habitual use of pot is grounds to be denied a gun via the Instant Background Check.    The card proves you are a habitual user.   So which is more important to you,   the pot or your gun?   Pick one.

    In Florida it took about 2 weeks for me to get mine and that reminds me it's THC gummy time!!
