It's a scam. Hang up the phone and block the caller. I got a call from the "FBI" for the same thing - open warrant, going to arrest me, send money. Problem? I work for Homeland Security. That was the end of that scam.

It is an old scam, one of the FBI agents got the same call. I had some fun with it one day. She told me about the warrant and wanted my information to verify. I asked her to give me the information so I could verify for her... She hung up. Never got another call, it has been over a year now.
