Possible anxiety?

I'll never forget that evening last year on Oct when my workmates just wanted to help me. Me and the others believe I dozed off on my way home and when a workmate noticed I wasn't getting ready to get off the transportation bus she accidentally yelled my name out loud (from what she told me) then I became really scared.

My two workmates who were sitting in front of me immediately grabbed my shoulders (by working togheter) and waited a minute before letting me get off. What were they trying to do I keep wondering. Next day I apologized to everyone for scaring them.

It sounds like you just accidentally fell asleep, do you remember feeling tired at all that time? you may have just fallen asleep and they probably thought you had fainted or something, and they probably waited a minute to let you go because they were worried about you falling because you had just woken up, if you believed you suddenly just dozed off without feeling tired, there must be some underlying medical condition. I can see why someone yelling your name without you hearing is anxiety inducing, you're probably just a really heavy sleeper and you might have a sleep disorder, you'll be okay, please try to relax and get medical attention if you don't feel okay be it physically or mentally.
