Can Former President Trump come back to Social Media now that he was acquitted?
Social medias claims are false. Trump was not impeached and was not responsible for the Jan attacks.

Trump should not go back to Twitter! Just today Parler announced it is back.

Mitch McConnell doesn't agree with you that Trump wasn't responsible for the Jan Attacks. It's not a Republican sentiment that Trump is not responsible for the insurrection. It's a Trump zealot sentiment. Just admit you're a zealot.

No. They are private companies - they get to decide who can or cannot use them.

Trump WAS impeached. Twice. He just wasn't removed from office.
He wasn't kicked off social media because he was being impeached. He was kicked off because his posts were inciting violence and pushing what's come to be called 'Trump's Big Lie', his insistence that he really won the election. Just lying isn't enough to get you thrown off public sites, but lies that cause damage will do it.
I think Trump is done in politics. He may go to prison, frankly I'd like that.

No. Different agencies and authorities can act independently. For example, just because the Senate did not convict him on the articles of impeachment does not mean he is safe. He could be charged under federal law for inciting a riot. Or under state law for tax fraud. He could be sued by anyone. He was banned by social media because he did not follow the rules, there is no reason to let him back.

He was still impeached. His suspension from social media platforms had nothing to do with his impeachment, though. It had to do with him violating the various social media platforms' terms and conditions. He was suspended from them all BEFORE he was impeached. Also, now that he's a private citizen, he is under the even stricter terms and conditions applied to private citizens.

social media platforms are privately own, they can choose to allow him back or not. the bans had nothing to do with the charges, they are separate.

Trump was impeached twice and not convicted twice. He was not acquitted. And the majority of Americans agree that he was responsible for the January 6 attack.
