The Democrats yielded to the logic of not convicting President Trump because Witness would be called and the True Evil Machinations and Manipulations by the Democrat Hierarchy, including Pelosi's involvement, would have become Public Knowledge. For the ignorant: The Speaker of the House has the DUTY of assuring there is adequate security . Pelosi was the one who knew there was a potential for trouble and told the Capitol Police to stand down. Trump offered the support of the National Guard in advance of that event and issued a warning in advance, but Pelosi ignored it.

Being a Trumpturd , You will find this hard to understand. But there are people who actually do care about their country. They will find a way to get at Donny one way or another. They won't quit simply because you don't like it.

Sure. Pelosi has spent the last three months spreading lies about election fraud, firing up her base, and held a rally on the 6th, at which time she encouraged her mob to "fight", and aimed them at congress.
Yep.

The civil suits are just beginning.
And then soon we will get into the state and local criminal charges that most certainly will be filed.
Even Republican Mitch McConnell was unequivocal about Mr. Trump's responsibility. "There is no question, none, that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day," he said, and added that Mr. Trump watched the events unfold on television. "A mob was assaulting the Capitol in his name," he said. "These criminals were carrying his banners, hanging his flags and screaming their loyalty to him."
You think Mitch will be called as a witness along the line?
