No, it's going to be here for decades to come. Google wants to kill the gaming PC as we know it and have everyone play in the cloud, but it will take time for people to see how well it works. The press has just been giving a Google a hard time for killing their in house Stadia games, which was a mistake for Google to get involved with in the first place. Realistically it's the only completely free, unlimited play cloud gaming service that works extremely well.

They are even bringing more third-
party game releases into the mix.
