Mars has its own calendar and clock, and the time depends on where you are.

Mars has a day that is not the same length as ours, though it's not very much longer.
As the day on Mars is 24 hours and 37 minutes, there is no connection to time on any part of the Earth.
And, as Mars is a planet, it does not have one set time that covers the whole planet anymore than the Earth does.

It all depends on what time zone you are in. Mars like earth has a 24 hour day. So there are 24 different time zones. Not knowing Martian geography, I am not sure where the date line is at or even if it has been established. There is no fixed time conversion factor that I know of for Mars time to earth time.
As the joker said when asked what time it was: "A hair past a freckle"

On Mars, it is the exact same time somewhere on that planet as some place on planet Earth because Time is done by how the planet rotates on the axis in relation to the sun. Unless you're talking about how many lit yas iyears away it is from Earth like how long it would take to travel there with an average Earth built ship
