Looking for meditation and hypnosis recommendations for Alexa?

Hi, I have Amazon Music and an echo dot and I have tried some recommended meditations and they were helpful but very basic, usually focusing on relaxing muscles and focusing on the breath. I am looking for something along the lines with visualizing favorite/safe place and inner child type stuff. I would also be interested in anything that might help me lose weight, help with chronic pain, and insomnia. I have a certain amount of anxiety and depression and although I am on antidepressants and benzos and it does help a good deal, I am still highly strung and need major help in the turning off my mind and worries department as well.

Update:

I am quite aware that losing weight is calories in/calories out, but surrounding yourself with positive messages does help! The more you hear something, the more you are inclined to absorb it into your daily routine. Think about it, if you are used to drinking soda (in my case diet soda) and the idea of drinking 8 glasses of water sounds like a chore. Being exposed to repetition of things like water is cleansing your system and helping you feel full. It is flushing fat from your body. Cont.

Update 2:

So, the more you hear that the more you want to drink water. Might not be the best example but it DOES work. I have lost weight in the past listening to subliminal/hypnotherapy type tapes. And hypnotherapy is nothing more than how you are watching a good movie and forget for a minute where you are and what you are doing. You are not being Hypnotized in the pop culture way. It doesn't make you do anything you don't want to do. Thirdly. I have serious Psychological conditions. Cont.

Update 3:

I have had 2 suicide attempts and the current cocktail of drugs has been the only thing that has helped me. I am NOT a troll I am a person seeking information from people who are more familiar with meditation than I am . I want to dig deeper into it and see how it could change my life. I have had dysthmia most of my life. The pills only help the major depressive episodes.  I believe there are all kinds of tools out there and I am simply investigating one that might help me.

Look into "DDLG" in general - not with the dot.  Probably get off the SSRIs and keep benzos as needed.  It this a troll?

How do you think hypnosis will help you lose weight?  You lose weight by "movement" and changing calorie/fat intake......  You exercise and watch what you eat, ya know?  I suppose you might be able to suppress your apatite with hypnosis.  Though that does not = loosing weight.  You might also be able to motivate yourself to workout/move with hypnosis   I absolutely know hypnotherapies work.  But losing weight will be tough.

"The dot" really isn't great technology.  It is a piece of plastic you talk to with a microphone and speaker.  It is cool, I own 6 Alexa in this home and use them.  But all you will get are these "basic" skills.  I really do not believe there will be anything 'specific' out there you will love.

Even if you are a troll, you are an interesting one.  Visualizations are very beneficial.  Pain Management, sleep, motivation and other things.  They are parts of real world therapy from CBT to DBT and also PET.

Safe places are very cool, do you dissociate with them - when you go?  They are good and important.  Unless people want to abuse or exploit you.  "Negative Intrusive Thoughts" / Automatic Negative Thoughts (CBT) are bad ('turning off brain').  I suppose music or distraction from Alexa on occasion could help.  I'd argue 'don't waste a lot of time looking'.

Look into the DDLG, no troll. You said some stuff gifted / empathic women I've worked in the past have said - pretty neat.

Sorry, I just felt like typing.  I have no good answers.
