Do JW's really believe they can exercise faith from a DEAD spirit to get into the new system of things?
If so, why would they believe that when born a "DEAD spirit" (Romans 5:12-14; I Corinthians 15:21-22) and "the DEAD knows nothing at all" (Ecclesiastes 9:5) not even that they have faith.
Doesn't Romans 10:14-15 say one "HEARS" the message and "BELIEVES" the message from a "SENT PREACHER" and faith is NO WHERE involved?

Even a DEAD physical body needs the POWER of a defibrillator to be QUICKENED back to life

"How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? Isn't that what the Gentiles did in Acts 11:15-17?
Were they water baptized first and then received the Holy Ghost?
Jesus was water baptized "fulfilling all righteousness" (Matt 3:15) of what God had spoken under the law through the Prophets Isaiah (40:3) and Malachi (3:1) as He promised in Matt 5:17-18 and NOT being water baptized for righteousness (Hebrews 4:15) "Repenting; Believing Jesus was coming" (Acts 19:4).

What are you talking about? When you get water baptized which is the first act of any true Christian then you become empowered by the holy Spirit and you are given spiritual life.
No great mystery here friend the first thing that Jesus did was get water baptized to show everybody the first step to Christianity then the holy Spirit came down from heaven and a voice was heard this is my son the beloved listen to him.
That's how you gain spiritual life take step one you get water baptized then you study the word of God with a group of believers and when God is ready to send you out you get the holy Spirit until then you have to hang out and wait.
