I do not know of any gluten free deserts-Maybe the Sahara? 

Use a gluten free substitute for the white flour and a sugar substitute like honey or agave.  There's your basis for a gluten free dessert.  

Flourless chocolate cake, which is really more like a pie. It's my go-to for my GF sister-in-law.

Let me give you a little helper I learned in second grade.    You only want to cross a desert once, therefore it has one s.   You always want a second helping of dessert, therefore it has two s's.

GF desserts...custards, Bavarian creams, puddings, mousses, sorbets, etc.
