    Why?  Are your mentally unbalanced without self control? 

     Go to church. Read the Psalms and Proverbs, but first read the lessons of

     Christ Jesus in the New Testament if you want wisdom guidance and intellectual

     and emotional power.

    Get checked for temperature before you go in.

    If you're asking about the health risk. Many therapists are working over the phone in the US, perhaps in your country as well. Talk with your doctor.
