Can I mail a small package with postage stamps ?

Can I mail a box measuring 3" x 3" x 12 using postage stamps and if so how many stamps would be needed? It would hold one or more posters but should not really be that heavy. Wanting know if I could simply use stamps and place it in my mail box rather than going to the post office

Postage is dependent on Weight, and Measurement of package.

There are also regulations on how the box is sealed.

Best to just take the box to the USPS Counter Clerk, they will print the exact postage, if you can ship it.

You can also use, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

Go to the Post Office..........They will  Weigh it, and  Print ONE  stamp,......You can not " just  guess"   how  much  postage  to put on

Yes you can use stamps, the amount depends on how much it weighs, no you cannot put packages with stamps in a collection box . Those you have to take to the post office

You can thank the unabomber for that since he mailed his bombs that way
