    Check out say within a 30 mile radius florists, caterers, wholesale flower and glassware stores,wedding dress shops, rental venues, church secretary may know some. Anyone in your area with a good rep that bakes cakes. Don't be afraid to ask for references. Check inet.

    Somewhere near where you live, ideally. It wouldn't be wise to hire the best from halfway across the world. Ask friends for referrals.
