bro do i have arthritis?

like i crack my knuckles a lot and sum was saying i'd get arthritis and I didn't believe them but bro now I'm starting to feel it. like my knuckles don't just hurt its hard to move them.

    That's an old wives' tale, that cracking your knuckles leads to arthritis in those knuckles. Nearly everyone has arthritis by the time they're 70, and the hands is a common place for it. That doesn't mean there's any cause and effect, though. My arthritis is worst in my knees and thumbs, and I didn't crack those.

    I doubt if your present pain is arthritis. You could take it easy on the hands, pop the recommended dosage of ibuprofen instead of your knuckles, and see if they improve over the next few days.
