Is this bad or good?

I fell asleep last night at 11 in the evening and woke up at 4:30 in the morning.

Since I woke up at 4 I decided perhaps I should go for an early morning walk.

Do you think occasionally it's not a bad thing getting up a 4 and going out for a morning walk?

    That's an excellent idea that tends to promote your health very much!Early risers all have great health,haven't you noticed this ?Well,if you work in an office it might me not such a good idea...

    It's not a bad thing at all. But you only got 5 1/2 hours sleep. That's really not enough.

    If that suits your lifestyle there is nothing wrong with it.

    Walking is good exercise and fresh air is also good for you.
