Can we stop with voter suppression already?

Update:

Democrats seem to want to suppress voters. There is absolutely no reason that anyone who is legal and eligible to vote cannot have a legal ID and be registered to vote way before an election. There is public assistance in every county in every state to provide transportation and fee IDs. Transportation to voting precincts. Why don’t democrats make sure that these suppressed and oppressed people take advantage of public assistance instead of keeping them in the suppression they claim is so unfai

Update 2:

I agree that there is NO voter suppression. This has been manufactured by democrats.

No such thing exists. That’s just a left wing talking point. People of any race or gender aged 18 and up can legally vote.

I've seen no evidence of suppression.

Not if it helps Republicans and is immoral.  Austin, Texas would rank 47th in state population out of 51 if it were a state, yet it essentially has no representation.  It's split into 4 gerrymandered districts.  Austin is OVERWHELMINGLY liberal, despite being in a conservative state.  Yet, it has pieces of 3  districts gerrymandered to have Republican Congresspersons and 1 that goes all the way to Mexico, specially used to concentrate Democratic votes.

It  helps Republicans, and it's immoral.  The US Supreme Court SPECIFICALLY said gerrymandering was counter to democracy, when they ruled that it's ok with them.  Go figure.

Tell that to republicans and corporate dems, they both rely on it to win

Source(s): They know in an actual democracy we'd have a real left wing party and that scares the hell out of them
