my feet have become affected by poor hygiene, is there still time for a quick remedy?

my feet are now rashy and burning due to reduced hygiene, making walking uncomfortable. it doesn't look like fungus, but it looks as though a war just happened on the skin. Is it still possible to quickly alleviate the damage?

Unless there is evidence that washing will damage your feet, I suggest washing them. Dry with a soft, clean towel. Pat them dry; don't rub.

Then go to a walk-in clinic. They might want to test for several possible infections, not just fungus.

Even if we were medically qualified, we cannot recommend a quick remedy unless we know more about what is wrong.
