Best warehouse work gloves that doesn't harm psoriasis and eczema skin?

For some reason my skin gets a rash when working at pallet warehouse. I'm using work gloves that they gave me.

    Gloves is plural so 'don't harm skin's.

    Mechanic's gloves are tight fitting.
