Is this grounds for a racial discrimination case?

That there's an undertone of refusing to teach anybody of color anything or promote them in any way. You get alot of "yeah yeah yeah" and/or something just short of "just sweep the floor, ******."

The issue is there is no hard and fast rule-breaking line to quote or moment to review in the cameras. It's just a feeling, an overall understanding, or the like.

Under normal conditions you need actual proof to prevail in court. But we're not living in normal times right now so maybe go talk to an attorney. You may be able to shale a few bucks out of this company just to not publicize their perceived racism.

    You have to PROVE discrimination.

A discrimination case would require facts. All you stated are feelings.

You have got to be kidding me with this question.

Blacks are given breaks on test scores so they have an advantage on job hiring

Blacks are given breaks on college admissions by having their SAT scores adjusted

Blacks have their own college funding. Could you see the outrage if there was a white college fund advertised on TV. That would be racist wouldn't it, but not if it is for blacks only.

The problem is many Blacks are lazy. They expect free everything. They will destroy and burn properties of blacks that actually made it on their own.

They are slugs at work but then complain they didn't get promoted.

You are asking for legal advice.  You can only get that from a lawyer.  Consult one.
