No. The devil believes. He's not going to heaven.

There are plenty of churches that will gladly tell you so in return for money.
But no, it is not. "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

Depends on what you mean by "believe in". If you mean, believing that He existed, then no, that will not get you into Heaven. Every rational human being on Earth knows that Jesus existed, even those who have chosen to reject His teaching and live evil lives. Truly "believing in" Him means accepting His teaching and living our lives as He calls us to live.

Simply believing in the existence of Jesus does not get you into Heaven. Even the demons know that Jesus is Lord. You must surrender to Him as your Lord and Saviour. How to do this? You must acknowledge that you are a sinner deserving of Hell, and know that Jesus died for your sins and rose back to life. If you agree with all this, the Holy Spirit of God will come upon you, and you shall be born again.

It's enough for me. "Even the devils believe and tremble" and "faith without works is dead" is James chapter 2, which is not about heaven and hell. It is about things like helping others. So anyone that brings up James chapter 2 about heaven and hell, is going to hell, because they are adding works to salvation. Romans chapter 4 is about heaven and hell, and it makes it very clear, no works can be added. So avoid all such blowhards that can't read Scripture correctly. To be in heaven, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God and who died for our sins to pay it all, and rose again.
