    Depends on what you mean by Commercial. A Kitchen Aid food processor generally doesn't spin fast enough for many needs. Hobart is probably the Best brand for the larger, professional kitchen needs

    i have some Ninja products that have really out preformed most.

    they are fairly priced and tend to have a long life.
