If a guy hasn't blocked u yet, does it mean he doesn't completely want to loose touch?

Ok so if it's on social media, sometimes if someone doesn't want to be harsh they will slowly stop messaging you but not block you. After a few months or years they may un-add you as a friend.

He might be hoping you just forget about him.

I think we need more information on the back story though. If he's taking longer to respond or seems uninterested then it's not worth bothering with.

Someone has to block you before you buy a clue and leave them alone? Okay.
