The mind is "thought", and the source of thought is a working brain........be it a dog, a horse, a human or an insect etc etc.

Brain is a biological organ,
made up of nerve cells and supporting structures.
Mind is one of the many processes
a brain might be doing.

The brain is a body part. The mind is the sum total of cognitive and emotional function.

There is no difference. Our thoughts and emotions, our "mind", is the manifestation of out physical brain. When the brain dies, we die. There is no soul that lives on. The soul is the creation of our brains to stave off the fear of death.

The brain
does more
than act as "the mind".
The mind
is a consequence of our brains
exists and is functioning because of our brains
but is not all of the aspects of the brain
nor the only function of the brain

Mind is associated with the brain. The two terms are often used interchangeably. Brain is considered to be a physical thing, the mind is considered to be mental. The brain is composed of nerve cells and can be touched, whereas, the mind cannot be touched.
