How is it even possible to think that Chauvin isn't guilty?

Cause the victim was just a n*gger so you can get off wit that here, anywhere else he woulda pleaded guilty already but he knows if you white and in America and you ain't charged with harming other white folk you can beat the case.  They already done kicked a lady off the jury cause she said brother George wasn't treated right, they don't want people like that on the jury

By agreeing that "Justice for George" has been served by the 27 million bucks the family took in restitution. A trial is double dipping.

guilty of what?

you do know that just about every police organization in the USA condemned his arrest and restraint methods within days of the video being released....right?

but that wasn't enough for the talking heads at CNN who just HAD to make it all about racism and "police brutality against blacks"...was it?

and you do know that Floyd died hours later with fatal levels of drugs in his system.... right?

so which is it?  misconduct or murder?

which will satisfy YOUR lust for blood and revenge?

By looking at the facts.  

Such as the fact that Floyd's toxicology report concluded he had a FATAL dose of fentanyl in his system.

Such as the fact that Floyd complained about not being able to breath even before the cops tried to put him into the squad car.  That is an indicator of an overdose.

Such as the fact that the M.E. report was unable to show any physical indications that the position that Chauvin held Floyd in caused Floyd's death.

Such as the fact that the position Chauvin held Floyd in was a standard suspect-control position that had been widely taught, and which has been used without harm many, many times.

How things looked doesn't prove guilt.  You need to have facts, and the facts all appear to support the defense here.

Just like they did in the Zimmerman trial.  I expect the same results, if the jury is honest and not biased.

Well, obviously YOU can't open your mind to the possibility that you haven't heard the entire story yet.

I think he's guilty of following established procedures. Not murder.

Of what though?  They aren't going to make the murder charges stick.  You have to prove intent and you can't.  If he hadn't been on drugs he almost certainly wouldn't have died.  I see nothing that says the cop knew he was going to kill him anywhere and I do see where he fought the cops.

At most I see manslaughter here and that's going to have a sentence just a bit over time served since he's been in jail for so long.  I'm betting you guys end up pretty unhappy with the outcome.

Personally I think the cop was out of line.  But I don't think he tried to kill the guy.
