If one drinks for about 4-5 days in a row would they become addicted?

I've allowed myself to have to much fun with my friends at some really wild EDM parties and i realized I was seriously over doing it and felt really bad. I was drinking a malt liquor or beer and never became black out drunk. 

I did notice last night I had a horrible time trying to fall asleep. I kept flinching like falling, had really bizzare nightmares and woke up in sweat. I'm not craving it at all and I've always had just nightmares my whole life but these were very bizarre and more...awfulI am around 145 pounds.
