How to deal with being single?
I know that relationships don’t necessarily bring happiness, and I can say that my last one didn’t bring happiness to my life as I was still struggling with being depressed + her baggage. Despite saying this, I’m still struggling to get rid of the frustration seeing she moved on quickly and I’m still single. Like fs I’ve only met up with one girl since I got dumped and got no action.
Why am I still looking for one, and how can I shake this frustration away?

First, if you haven't already, I advise blocking your ex so you may avoid the temptation of keeping tabs on her. You can't move forward in your own life if you are thinking about your ex and what she is up to.
Second, I advise tackling your depression and doing all that is necessary to overcome it. A new relationship will not fix your depression (as you rightly pointed out that your previous relationship did nothing to fix your depression) and, so long as you are suffering from this condition, it will only drag down any new relationship you might get into.
Once you have successfully overcome your depression, you are happy with yourself and you enjoy life, THEN you may begin to think about bringing a second person in to share in your happiness. It is extremely important to be aware that a relationship does not BRING happiness, a relationship can only SHARE in the happiness that already exists. If you are not already happy, you cannot expect that a relationship will bring this to the table.
