What age is a kid no longer a baby?

I think once they turn 1 they are no longer babies and people have no right to call them a baby anymore

    At any age as they will ALWAYS be your baby, in society around 7 or 8 is where the changes are pronounced physically and psychologically but if you watch closely you see the growth that begins earlier.
