The second death implies that the vessels of destruction are not going to be condemned in absolute terms. True or false?
By definition, the "second death" implies that you can die more than once.
After "death" of one's physical body the "resurrected spirits" can either go to heaven or hell.
This latter is called the "second death" because Christians are divided as to whether the deceased would be "annihilated" or instead suffer "everlasting torment in hell" as an immortal indestructible spirit.
Thus, the vessels of destruction (Romans 9:22) may well be condemned as being entire nations, or entire groups of people due to destruction of their national sovereignty and autonomous status, and due to the large numbers of people killed in the process (Revelation 6) to enable such a military expansion to happen (Daniel 2:34, 35, Isaiah 55), but that is not to say that the conquered peoples could never enter heaven in the spiritual world.
As attested by the fact that God is destined to save billions of souls in the spiritual kingdom of heaven (Revelation 5), but the earth itself would have only "few" survivors (Isaiah 24:6) once God has destroyed most of the people on the earth (Isaiah 24:1).
Consequently, it's not the end of the world if your country and people have been designated as "vessels of destruction", because such a "destruction" would happen in a figurative AND literal sense, due to foreign invasion, the ensuing great loss of life, and the end of this nation's sovereign autonomous status.
Having been assigned in such condemned terms simply entails compromise as opposed to the outright destruction of this nation and its people.
For that is the implied meaning of the "second death", which can be understood by a simple logical process of Conjecture.
