Why aren't we allowed to edit our birthdate on Yahoo Answers?

I have no idea, my birthday used to be in January, but people always said that I wasn't a "cold" person. I tend to be pretty hot as it goes, so I changed it to June.

So now, I am frustrated that I can't edit mine. 😡

Yahoo does not let you Edit your Birthday through Yahoo Answers if you need to make a Change you need to go to your Account Info page under your Name and make the change from there 

why? has your birthday suddenly   changed? 

Your birthdate isn't part of Yahoo Answers, it's part of your Yahoo account profile, and it's a static piece of information. Your name may change one or more times in your life (esp last name) but your date of birth does not change.

Moving your question can be done by clicking Edit (pencil icon for mobile)>Edit category just beneath your question, then selecting the category that's appropriate for the topic.

Because Yahoo figured out most of the time anyone does that, it's a lie.
