I accidentally deleted an entire day of my gmail my account history. Is there a way to recover it?
I was checking my activities using my gmail account last 30 March 2021 because I detected several activities using one of the computers in the office that is not mine based on IP address and the browser used. However, I accidentally hit the trash sign and deleted all activities last 30 March 2021. Is there a way to recover them? Thanks.

Have you looked in the gmail trash?
How you do that depends on which client / interface you use.
When I see Gmail in Chrome, there is a list of boxes near the upper left. There is a scroll bar to the right of the list of boxes. I can move the scroll bar to look for the trash box. If I do not see the trash box, I can click more and then use the scroll bar. I can select messages to move back to my inbox or other box.
