Why are Mass Shooters in America always men?

Do you agree that we need to equip police with "red flag laws" to enable them to intervene BEFORE mass murder takes place?  Should the public be trained in what to look for?  Should all guns be secured?  Would waiting periods and background checks help to eliminate mass murder?

We should be striving for equality and diversity. Let's appoint an equivalent number of women to be mass shooters to balance things up and restore the equality of the sexes. Feminists rejoice.
