Cut ties with her and move on period. If you can't handle the fact that she's not yours any more than you need to get far away from her and get back to living your life.

Accept it and move on. If you wallow in it you may have to ask yourself if you have mental health issues like depression because you should be able to bounce back from a breakup after a month.

Keep busy. Pursue your own interests.
Wear a rubberband around your wrist. When she comes to mind, snap the rubberband.
we all hurt from love at one time or another. This feeling WILL pass and you WILL be happy with another girl one day, you will.
Again. keep busy!

I am sorry you are in this position. It's never easy. I can just ask you to get over it. But I think you already know that you should be doing that.
All I can say is try to talk to as many people as possible. It doesn't have to be in a romantic space. Can be friends too. But just talk to them. Basically, just make sure you have emotional access to other human beings so that you can dilute your feelings of sadness with the new feelings (angry/happy/sad) you develop when talking to new people.
Go soul searching and think about how you want yourself to be and what kind of a person you want to be your lover. And you should be fine.
I know this is difficult, but I am sure you will be able to get over it. Just don't engage in self-destructive behaviors like smoking, drinking, going crazy on social media or doing anything harmful to yourself.

Get a new one. It's amazing what a freshly unbuttoned blouse will do for your morale!
If that's not an option, go with the tried and true and get drunk. I don't mean have a few sips until your upper lip tingles, I mean drunk. I'm talking get fall-down, stumbling, own address forgetting, Motley Crue style schitt faced, and stay there for at least 24 hours. If you're not old enough to buy the stuff yourself, ask somebody who is. If they've felt your pain before (and they have), they'll understand.
Will that kill your pain? Well, no, in fact it won't even dull it very much. But it's what we all do, so obviously it's part of the natural male healing process.

1. Learn from any mistakes you may have made
2. Be your own best friend
3. Do everything you loved doing before you met her

Maybe get back to what makes you happy that has nothing to do with being in a relationship.
