Is Russia's troop movement to Ukraine border setup as test for Biden, just as Russia's jets to edge of UK airspace is similar. Should US act?

Let's hope Russia does not invade Ukraine for the Donblast region.  But, Russian ambitions for Crimea are not complete, and they have been waiting for the periodic weak moment in America.  Well, America has again gone spastic and elected an incompetent who thinks the enemy is America.  So, Russia will take another bite, just big enough to not have problems.  Of course, North Korea will see this and take a bite.  Then, China will take the big bite in about 2 years.  China will use the bite to create political chaos in the US elections.  Do you go with the democrats and take the bites, or do you vote against the democrats and throw the American internals into chaos because the democrats will not accept defeat.  Democrats will start up the dirty tricks again to diminish their political opposition, and the democrats will support the Chinese against the republicans if the Republicans win the election.  So Russia, North Korea, China can't lose with democrats in power.  Just control the size of the bite.

If Russia wants to kick off WW3, and by recalling their diplomats that's EXACTLY what they seem to be doing, they're in for a big shock. China can't help them, because China's economy requires the west to keep functioning. If we go to war, their economy will collapse, and their citizens will probably rise up to take advantage of the weakness. But that's not new. China always collapses.

Russians really need to give Vlad some special underwear for Xmas. Get someone with a cooler head in there that ISN'T bent on world domination, but prefers world cooperation. Russia could literally lead the planet if it wanted to, far better than the U.S. has. But no. They have to focus on reclaiming as many satellite states as possible before the next Cold War.

What do you think the US can do? If Russia enter UK airspace the UK will send jet fighters to intercept them, and the Ukraine isn't a member of NATO. The Russians are well within their rights to have troops on the eastern border of the Ukraine, just as NATO have troops on the western border of the Ukraine.

Russia knows it can once again expand it's territory without US interference, just as they did under Obama, stopped under Trump, and now are continuing again.

What the US needs to do is to continue keeping Tsar Vladi the Little in his cage.
