In the U.S.? Sure, have one.  The rest of the world does not care, as they recover from the virus that has slowed down their economies. They will rebuild while the U.S. falls into ruin. A repeat of the Roman Empire, as it seems you don't want to learn from HISTORY- you are bound to repeat it and the consequences will be the same. Are you going to give Herr Orange that for his reputation? Cuz he will take credit for it. He is not "worth it". Not a game. People will die-for real. Not actors.  Who makes money?  The NRA & Amazon delivers. Now, it is not confined to 1 or 2 states as you can "fly across the country" or take a convoy of trucks loaded with presents for the others. Nothing fun about war. China and Russia and Cuba  and Germany, France, UK, Japan, India, Pakistan, Ethiopia and the rest of the world just "STH"

Yes. There are 195 countries in the world. It only stands to reason that one will happen somewhere eventually. But I'm guessing that you're an American and you're asking specifically about your country because you couldn't care less about the rest of the world and couldn't name fifty countries if your life depended on it. 

Where? Perhaps you're not aware that there have been minor and major civil wars in countries all over the world, including England, the USA, and Russia.
