The one who gutted all of our government and global health programs that were designed to keep foreign diseases out of our country? The one who fired our CDC officials that Obama placed in China to avoid the exact scenario we have been going through with Covid?

Obama's team gave Trump's team the exact scenario that played out in late 2019 & 2020. 

Everyone who wants Trump to be President again might as well just admit they hate America. Because Trump gutted and defunded all of these programs he literally destroyed our country in 2020. I can't begin to tell you all the way Trump weakened our global influence and just handed it to China by refusing to go to the Global summits and not leading those conferences. Instead, China swooped in and took that spot where we always lead and China made extremely advantageous deals for themselves like for their farmers. Our farmers were in so much trouble because of that. trump had to blame that failure on Covid even though that crisis began before Covid.. Covid was one big cover-up in all the ways Trump messed up like Not breaking a deal with Syria & Russia when those two decided to compete to the race to the bottom so no one would want to buy our oil.
