How to ease pain of aching/stretched muscles in exercise?

Hey!

So organised outdoor sports is backkk! SO pumped! For this week of Easter break I've kinda sorta booked my schedule FULL of sport and high intensity exercise, just really happy to get back into something that isnt infront of a screen and out my house, u know? Aaanyways, I've already done these high intensity, full on netball camps on monday and tuesday- no break. AND ive got it tommorow, Thursday Friday Saturday AND Sunday along with these hour workouts, and im pretty sure my  swimming starts back on Saturday which im booked in for. So, to get to the point, its only 2 days in, and OMG do my muscles ache! Ive pulled about two, murdered my knee, shoulder, thighs, neck, stomach arms and feet! Go me! But tommorow i really want to perform amazingly, but everytime i move its just too painful. So, heres my question: Do any of y'all have a remedy or solution to stop or at least ease the pain of aching muscles? Different stretches maybe? Weird drink? Different foods, change in routine? (Within reason!) I'm open to anything, this is very important to me! So... ye! Tips anybody?

Tysm, u dont know how much i really do appreciate this!!
