Upper chest pain when inhaling?

When inhaling upper left chest pain. We can not move the arm or press the entire area and create the pain. Sitting or standing it's about the same level of pain. When we lean over in a chair the pain is basically gone. We have not pulled a muscle, picked up some heavy item, twisted an arm. If the inhale is held and no exhaling the pain disappear. Thanks.

Is this happening to multiple people?

If not, do you have multiple personalities?

If not, why are you saying "we"?
