Fellow men, will all my problems go away as soon as my Johnson works at 100 percent effectiveness?

The government sure does invest a lot of money on penis pills as if solving this problem will cause others to disappear. One might think it's the answer to world peace. How much will it really help my depression, physical health, will I finally get that promotion at work simply because I have the biggest sausage in the room? That is assuming these drugs even do the job their supposed to do. Perhaps it will solve old problems but create new ones with side effects. Is it really worth the effort, the risk, the financial savings?
