Question for parents who had kids in their 20's and those who had kids in their 30's? What were the best and worst things about the timing?

I waited until my 30's to have kids so that I could explore the world, do everything I wanted to do in life, finish education, buy a home and be financially stable in a good career. I am far more patient now and have a better understanding of the world which I can teach to my child. (the good things).

Waiting until my 30's made it difficult on my health and ability to bounce back after childbirth and I feel like pregnancy aged me by a decade. I mourn the loss of freedom more because I had more time to live life on my own terms before ending my life as it were, to devote my existence to raising a child. I don't have as much energy as I did in my 20's to play endless games of tag and hide & seek, plan intricate arts and crafts activities every other day, teach baby skills like reading and puzzles without struggling to stay awake, or find the energy to cook elaborate dinners. (The bad things). What are your experiences?
