Can I contact other survivors of the same offender?

Recently I found out that my offender had been released and reoffended, and this time it was much worse than my own case and I was wondering if it would be possible to contact the other girl, of course I understand I would need permission first and it probably has to be done through the police/lawyer etc. But is this possible?

Contacting the other "survivor" serves no purpose.  Don't do it.  See a therapist is you're having problems.

see the police.  expect to be declined.  and, it is possible that the other victim and/or her attorney may contact you after you make clear via the police that you are open to this

    No law prevents it.

There are victim support groups, but I would be wary of direct approaches, people have their own way of coming to terms with these things and that may not be by sharing.
