Popeye's chicken tenders are pretty amazing. Actually tender, not too much breading (Krystal), not soggy and tiny (Chik Fil A).

If you want just fried chicken, KFC.

If you want to dip your chicken in a sauce: Popeyes.

They all suck, my mother made the best fried chicken. Sprinkled with salt and pepper, then deep fried, the skin was crisp like pork skins.

In my opinion, KFC does.
