you can make a lot of money in sales. some AEs I work with have two or more homes, including vacation homes. then they rent them out to make more money.
look for inside sales, business development rep, appointment setter, sales development rep jobs. many companies are still hiring remote at least until the pandemic is over too. they'll send you a laptop and set up with internal training.
sales isn't for everyone though. it's not a walk in the park and you have to put in effort to follow up with leads and get meetings.. but you can make a lot of money in commissions.
