Did you notice Fox News ceased lying about Dominion and Smartmatic software following the lawsuits?

Fox stopped with all the “Dominion rigged the election” lies once they saw a combined lawsuit of over 4 billion from both companies.

And it’s very likely both companies will win the lawsuits against Fox, since Fox will be unable to provide evidence to back their claims, since they simply made it all up.

Their defense will be, "We were just going along with what Sidney Powell said." Squidney Powell's defense for a similar lawsuit is saying, "Nobody in their right mind would have listened to anything I said."

POX "News" should lose their broadcasting license, and/or sued into oblivion for deliberately lying, and Squidney should lose her license to practice law, as well as be sued into a trailer park prone to tornadoes.

      What a pathetic situation.

Yes I did and its because they know they are liable.

Of course, they had to stop talking about it during an active law suit.  That doesn't mean they were lying.  You should go back and watch some news from the 60's and see what real journalism was like instead of the bs only meant to stir hatred in the public domain.

You have no idea how defamation cases work. If you're suing someone for defamation you have to prove they lied, did so with malice, and that they hurt your reputation as a result. That means the only side that has to provide evidence is Dominion.

Oh and btw, that last one is going to be impossible since dominion didn't lose any business because of the claims. It's bit hard to say your hurting because of claims made against you when you didn't lose any business as a result. lol

You also don't appear to understand standard advice given by lawyers when you're getting sued for defamation since you dumbly believe that Fox not talking about the issue anymore means they lied.

The size of the lawsuits is also a clear indication that the lawsuits are without merit. They know they have no chance to get that money, but it's great way to make a point none the less.

I don't watch Fox however it doesn't surprise me ..

I don't expect honesty from that propaganda network.
