I was just rejected for a Beauty Advisor position after 3 interviews and I'm not letting it get my spirits down. I applied at another location with fingers crossed.

Have any of you been rejected from the cosmetics department before but ended up getting hired in the future?

Has anyone tried it? There aren't that many reviews of it on makeupalley, so I just wanted to see more opinions. I have NC-35-37 skin, I just wanted a luminizer for my legs for summer. I already think that the other shade, Tropical Tan looks too dark. Is it a good product?

Do the shades Medium and Tan look the same on you? I tried both of them out but I don't see any difference between them on my skin. The unblended swatches look different but once I blend them on they look the same. I read that some opted for Tan because Medium had pinkish undertones(which doesn't seem to show on me, at least I think so)...but seeing them both on my skin, I'm just completely baffled. Which shade should I use?

I might buy one and I just want to get an idea of which is the best.

Original, Eden or Sin? And why?

Mine is Eden; the texture is great and its the best fit for my oily lids. Eden delivers the best results for me.

I love the video but I'm still a little confused on the premise. I understand its about her love for her gay friends, and I got the Madonna, Catholic, and German war references, however, I'm still up in the air.
